La mwbwcheilosi è un'mwcaaffezione cutanea al mwcqlabbro che si manifesta in assenza di processi mwcginfiammatori (elemento che la differenzia dalla mwcwcheilite) con secchezza, screpolatura e desquamazione e che tende a peggiorare con il freddo.

Si accompagna spesso alla formazione di mwdqragadi agli angoli della bocca e tende a produrre in breve tempo processi infiammatori.

Può essere causata da mwdwavitaminosi e in particolare da mweacarenza di vitamina B2.
